On Oct. 20th, I sent the following email to the board, informing them that wasting our money to hire an off-duty policeman was not necessary, nor acceptable:
In retaliation, the board fined me for the cost of the rent-a-cop:
Also, below are photographs of Mr. Iaquinto trash cans put out more than an hour before the allowable time, a horrible violation which, according to the strictly enforced rules at Lake Charles, is a fineable offense. They were taken on 2 separate cameras with 2 separate time codes, which are both available for inspection.
Also, here is a car parked on the grass at Mr. Kruse’s house, another violation which directly diminishes our property values.
Will these gentlemen man up and pay their fines for these violations, or are they above the law?
